ELPaintings is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Erin Palek. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Studio Policies.

All content on this website—including artwork, images, text, and designs—is the intellectual property of ELPaintings unless otherwise noted. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary. Full payment is required at the time of purchase or booking.

Commissions are offered periodically and announced publicly. When commissions are closed, new requests are not accepted. All commission details—including pricing, timeline, and scope—are agreed upon before work begins.

Artwork & Representation

Every effort is made to photograph and ներկայաց artwork accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays.

Each piece is handmade with care and intention. Due to the custom and artistic nature of the work, slight variations are part of the process and uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information once your package is on its way..

ELPaintings is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once the order has been handed off.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork, prints, and commissioned pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email within 72 hours of delivery at: erin.elpaintings@gmail.com.

Please include photos of both the artwork and packaging so I can review the situation and determine the best resolution. Each situation will be handled thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright & Usage

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Artwork may not be reproduced, altered, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Privacy Policy

A small amount of personal information is collected to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

Payments are handled through trusted third-party providers. Full credit card information is never stored.
