ELPaintings is owned and operated by Erin Palek. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Studio Policies.

General Information

All content on this website—including artwork, images, text, and designs—is the intellectual property of ELPaintings unless otherwise noted. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order.

Commissions are released periodically in limited openings. When commissions are marked Sold Out, that means they are closed and will reopen when new spots become available.

I typically book 2–3 months in advance depending on demand. Turnaround time begins once reference photos are received and confirmed.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Custom Artwork Process

Each piece is made-to-order and hand-painted with care, attention to detail, and artistic interpretation. Slight variations in brushwork, texture, and composition are part of the handmade nature of the work.

You will receive a photo of your completed artwork prior to shipping to ensure no final adjustments are needed.

One round of minor revisions (such as small color or detail adjustments) is included when applicable. Additional revisions may require an added fee.

Mockups may be provided for larger pieces or multi-subject compositions (such as two pets) to confirm layout and ensure alignment before painting begins.

Reference Photos

Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality reference photos. The quality of the final artwork depends heavily on the images provided. Supporting photos may be used when needed to capture detail, color, or personality.

Payment & Booking

All orders must be paid in full to reserve a commission spot. Once purchased, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged due to the custom nature of the work.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders currently ship within the United States only. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

ELPaintings is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped. In the rare event of damage, please contact me at erin.elpaintings@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of both the artwork and packaging so I can review the situation and determine the best resolution.

Artwork & Representation

Every effort is made to accurately represent artwork online. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Final artwork may appear slightly different in person than on screen due to lighting, photography, and device display differences.

Each piece is handmade, and subtle variations are part of the artistic process and uniqueness of original work.

Copyright & Artist Rights

ELPaintings retains all rights to artwork, including the right to share completed pieces on website, social media, and marketing materials.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, or used commercially without written permission. All custom pieces are for personal use only, including PNG photo copies.

Liability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, order details, and reference photos. ELPaintings is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork, prints, and commissioned pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
