These custom canvas portraits are designed to be more of a statement piece. Painted in an expressive, layered style with added texture and depth, the brushstrokes are intentionally loose.
Each portrait features a hand-painted background that complements your pet’s photo. Available in a wide range of sizes, all portraits are painted on thick 2” gallery-wrapped canvases, which are ready to lean on a shelf or hang directly on your wall.

Hand-painted on paper for a more minimal look. These portraits feature the natural white of the paper as the background (no painted background). While still artistically expressive, this style includes more refined brushwork and smaller details. Portraits are meant to be displayed in a frame of your choice.

Hand-drawn custom sketches from your photos. These minimal black-and-white portraits are done in pencil and ink, with light shading and visible pencil marks for a warm, organic feel. Minimal watercolor paint can be added.
This style is simple and personal—while still capturing your pet’s unique personality. Drawn on paper and meant to be framed, these sketches can feel elevated when displayed with a beautiful frame.

After purchase, you’ll be prompted to upload your main reference photo, as I work from one primary image. Supporting photos may also be included if needed to capture your pet’s unique features, markings, or fur coloring more accurately.

These pet portraits on canvas are designed to be more of a statement piece. Your favorite photo painted in an expressive, layered style with added texture and depth. The brushstrokes are intentionally loose and slightly thicker than portraits painted on paper.
Each piece features a hand-painted, textured background in a warm neutral palette that adds subtle depth and interest around your pet. Custom colored backgrounds or patterns may include an additional fee depending on complexity and time required.
Available in a wide range of sizes, all portraits are painted on thick 2” gallery-wrapped canvases, ready to hang directly on your wall.

While I primarily focus on one subject per canvas, you may purchase two separate canvases to display side-by-side for multiple pets, OR if you would like both pets in a single composition, please add a note in your check out email me directly to add a second pet for an additional 75% of the base price, which will be invoiced separately.
Depending on the composition and reference photos, the canvas orientation may be adjusted from vertical to landscape to best fit both subjects. I will always determine the most balanced and cohesive layout before painting begins.
