Custom Artwork Policy

Returns

Each ELPaintings piece is made to order, thoughtfully created just for you. Custom orders are made with care, attention to detail, and uniquely designed for you. Because of the custom nature of this work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Payment & Booking

Full payment is required upfront to secure your order. Sales tax will be applied if applicable.

I typically book out about 3 months in advance, and turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of your piece. Turnaround time begins once reference photos are received and confirmed.

Rush orders may be available for an additional $100 fee.

Reference Photos

Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality reference photos (for portraits of pets, places, or buildings). The quality of the final artwork is dependent on the images provided.

Mockups

Digital mockups are provided for custom paintings with more than one subject (e.g., showing two pets side by side) or if a visual reference is needed for larger canvas orders. This helps ensure you’re confident in the layout and and we’re on the same page about the composition before the final piece is completed.

Revisions

You will receive a photo of your finished artwork prior to shipping.

One round of alterations is included (such as minor color adjustments or small detail changes). Additional or more extensive revisions may require an added fee.

Shipping

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. Each case is handled individually.

Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for carrier delays or for lost or stolen packages. Tracking information will be provided.

Color Disclaimer

Digital photos of completed artwork may vary slightly from how the piece looks in person due to lighting, screens, and photography differences.

Artist Rights

I retain the right to share completed artwork on my website, social media, and Etsy listings.

Artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, or resold without prior written consent. All custom artwork is for personal use only.
